Brief Answer:
you need to change your food intake

Detailed Answer:
I went through the details of your report and accordingly my advice is as follows
B vitamins are particularly concentrated in meat such as turkey, tuna and liver. Good sources for B vitamins include legumes (pulses or beans), whole grains, potatoes, bananas, chili peppers, tempeh, nutritional yeast, brewer's yeast, and molasses. Also I will advice you to avoid processed carbohydrates as they have low vit b content.
You also can increase your vit b levels using food supplements if you further want to know what kind of supplements I will explain you in further.

About increasing antioxidant intake-
Eating raw veggies maximizes antioxidant intake, with the exception of tomatoes.dont peel dont chop dont wash it after chopping. All these will lessen your antioxidant content.
Antioxidants often give color to foods, so getting different colors means a variety of antioxidants.
Green tea, cranberry juice, cherry juice, and even coffee and red wine are good sources of antioxidants.I will further suggest you to consult with your doctor regarding the pharmacological supplements.

I hope my answer was helpful for you . Dont forget to close the discussion.Thank you.
