Brief Answer:
Pediasure or other supplements with dietary modifications

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
I know that you are very concerned about your child but don't worry.
Weight of child at 4 year of age should be around 15 kg so the child is definitely malnourished.
Child should be given food items which have increased fat content like
- full cream milk at least two times a day daily.
- egg should be given daily. Egg yolk has more fat content so egg yolk must be given to child.
- small amount of butter should be added in every meal.
- in fruits, banana and XXXXXXX are preferred. If child doesn't take them then banana or XXXXXXX shake can be given.
- small amount of dry fruits should be given daily especially in morning.
- non-vegetarian diet should be increased.
- pulses and groundnut also have more fat and protein and child should be encouraged to take this.
Along with above dietary management, you also need to give food supplements like pediasure, omega-3, ultimate omega junior, megafood-kids one daily or flintstones multivitamin gummies.
I hope this will help you.
If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Syrup vitcofol as hematinic and cyproheptadine as appetizer

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again to HCM.
Hematinic should be given if there is iron deficiency anemia in child.
Syrup vitcofol (5 ml =33 mg of iron can be given as 3 mg/kg/day for 1 month if hemoglobin is low and iron deficiency anemia is present. It should be given after feeds.
Appetizer syrup which has cyproheptadine (5 ml=2 mg) can be given to child half hour before food two times a day in dose of 0.25 mg/kg per dose.
I hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
Nothing needs to be done at present

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again to HCM.

Snoring in a 4 year child doesn't need any treatment.
At this age, the pores of nostrils are small leading to snoring but as the child grows snoring usually gets corrected on its own.
In some cases, there is deviated nasal septum in nose which leads to snoring, so an examination by ent specialist is necessary to rule out deviated nasal septum.

I hope this will help you.
Take care.
