Question : my age is66 iam having creatinine 7.0 potassium 6.5 bun99been diagnosed with nephropathy stage 3.
i am taking herbal medicine.bp and sugar under control.
is espogen inj useful to me?
what else can i do to help the kidneys.i am under strict renal diet

Yes erythropoietin will help you
In patients with kidney disease this hormone is deficient.
This subsequently causes anemia.

Also take following measures-
a. Avoid fruits- they are usually rich in potassium.
b. Monitor your input output- this is more important if your urine output is reduced.
c. take care pf probiotics
d. avoid pain killers and antibiotics- many doctors are unsure about the medicines they prescribe. Always conform with your nephrologist.
e. Watch your viral markers, and iron levels, and sugar levels
