Suggest Home Remedies For Dandruff

Question: Hi Sir ,

I have lot of drandruff in my hair and could you please advise some good home remedies .
Weight : 75 Kgs
Height : 5'4'

I am having dandruff since past 9 years and I also visited Doctor Batra's two years back and it was fine till the treatment was on and after one year it again started .

Please help me with good Shampoo and the chemicals which I need to see before I purchase

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Dandruff is due to inflammation of scalp.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid shampoo like sebowash ( flucinolone).
Use this shampoo on every alternate day for one month and then once a week.
This will help you.
You can do head bath daily.
The more you keep your scalp clean the better it is.
