Brief Answer:
Possible food poisoning or viral gastrointestinal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

- Drink plenty of fluids. This is very important- small amounts but frequently.
- When you will have appetite have a diet with banana-rice-apple-toast. Avoid milk, alcohol, coffee.
- Take a probiotic twice/day for few days until the diarrhea settles down.
- If you have abdominal pain, you can take some over the counter medicines if you want and if you can find these in your local pharmacy: Omeprazole 20mg once/day to avoid stomach burning, Bismuth tablets or Loperamid to stop the diarrhea.

It may last 3-7 days if it is a viral gastrointestinal infection or just one day if it is food poisoning.
If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor, especially if you have fever, diarrhea with blood or mucus.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
