Brief Answer:
ANTIHISTAMINICS AND STEROIDS WILL CONTROL AD

Detailed Answer:
Hi Madam,

I have carefully gone through your query and understand your concern and would like to address the same.

First of all let me clarify to you that Atopic dermatitis is an allergic disorder which needs effective treatment on a long term basis. It will never resolve on its own .

Effective drugs that can likely treat this allergic disorder are, antihistaminics like levocetrizine, olopatdine, fexofenadine and monteleukast .

These drugs have to be used along with low dosed potent steroids on intermittent basis for least possible time period to control the inflammation ex hydrocortisone, beclomethasone.

Even non pharmacological measures can help to control the itching like, soft soothing shower at bed time and using calamine lotions.

Avoid aggravating and precipitating factors by all means like, tight clothing, sunlight, alcohol, allergic foods, dust pollen, excess emotions can also help to control your symptoms.

I hope and wish this feedback from me is quite helpful and convincing to you.
Please feel free to post further follow up queries if any, I shall answer them.
Thank you.
Wish you a good health.
