Thanks for contacting the Homeopathy section of AYUS(H) and following is/are recommended guidelines:

1. As hemifacial spasm is a neuromuscular disorder of the FACE [muscles of which are controlled by Facial nerve] and occur in middle aged and elderly women frequently and could be caused either due to injury-tumor or without any apparent reason.

PS. most commonly accepted theory is compression of facial nerve

2. Was the diagnosis clinical [after complete neurological examination and necessary investigation like MRI,EMG,CT, Angiography ] ?

PS. check with blood pressure and blood sugar

3. If the Neurological examination and investigations comes Normal then I would suggest to take Causticum 30C [thrice daily] or Gelsemium 30C : 3 to 5 drops in 30 ml water [thrice daily] for three days and see a Homeopath near your locality.
