Question : Myself XXXX my age is 26 years I had a very bad panic attack and later I have been using anti depressants since 7 years the medicines are duvanta 20 mg and zapiz 0.25mg if I don't take those medicines my muscles are becoming tight and I am leaning to one side I want to get out of these medicines any suggestions please I tried to stop them but I am facing the complications how to manage this area there any natural medicines which can replace them in Homeopathy . I have Hypothyroid as well I am currently in Homeopathy medicines and as well as Thyroxine

Hi Ratnesh, my doctor is not mentioning the Hypothyroid medicines name in the prescription so don't have that info, the problem is that whenever I think of something serious my muscles are becoming tight and I am leaning towards one side Including tongue also getting twisted, and neck and body leaning towards one side hence I am using the anti depressants since 7 years, from then I dint experience the panic attacks. But I want to get out of allopathy medication so request to suggest the medicines for above condition.

If possible please ask the name of medicine from your doctor.
Also please tell me which side on your body you are experiencing these problem.
Meanwhile i am suggesting some medicine to you. You may start the medicine as prescribed

R-36 (reckeweg series) 15 drops with half cup of water twice in day XXXXXXX phos 3x 4 pills twice in day (sublingual)

Take medicine for a month and then update.
