Hello Mr XXXXXXX
It is difficult to give any word without proper study of case. I would suggest you to share all the information and diagnostic report for the review and then i could tell the role of homeopathy in your case.
Homeopathy may be a option for the treatment but it can be only decided after the proper study. If the cyst of tear is big then may be you have to go surgical intervention as per requirement. other wise it may be treatable through homeopathy.
I would also suggest to give details of your complain so that i could suggest you best possible treatment in homeopathy

Hope this is clear to you

Brief Answer:
Homeopathic Treatment required

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
On the basis of information and diagnostic reports i am suggesting some homeopathic medicine. i would suggest you to start the treatment as prescribed.
Mode of treatment Medicine will try to dissolve the cyst and also prevent the recurrence of cyst. Medicine will also help to heal the minor tear.
You may start with
Calcarea Floride 200x 4 tablet twice in day
Conium 6x 15 drops with half cup of water twice in day
Thuja 1CM 3 drops on the tongue once in 15 days
Calcarea carb 1CM 3 drops on the tongue once in 15 days

Take the medicine for 2 weeks and then update the progress in details

Understand this would be a slow process and may take time to complete cure.
Hope this is clear to you

Detailed Answer:
I would suggest you to avoid all physical work.
Physiotherapy could be a good option in such case.
Physical strain and over movement may lead to some serious as there is small tear suggested by your doctor.
Meanwhile continue the medicine i have prescribed and update me as suggested for further assistance.
Thanks
