Question : Hello doctor, this consult is for an aged lady 70 yrs for paranoia(i think). She imagines people are always talking ill about her and keeps conspiring to harm her. Any amount of consolation is in vain rather she feels the person advising her is also part of the conspiring team. As it is she is normal but during this deviated thought process there is change in expression and mannerisms and is absolutely out of sync with the surrounding. Hence many problems with social interactions. Its been there for many years and initially some allopathic medicines were given for few years but then it was stopped. She is also diabetic.
Please suggest some homeopathic remedy.

We have many patient who comes with similar complain and get treated successfully. I am suggesting some medicine and you start as prescribed

Ignitia Q 10 drops with half cup of water twice in day
Aurum Met 30 6 pills twice in day
Arsenic Alb 1M 2 drops once in a day every alternate days (day 1,3,5,7,9.... etc )
Anacardium 30 6 pills twice in day

Medicine are safe in diabetes.
Take medicine for 1 month and then update
Course of medicine may be little long for complete cure so keep in touch and keep taking the medicine.

Thank you for the prescription. Another thing I would like to mention is that as she is already taking medications for BP, cholestrol,etc. can she add the above set of medications to it?
Also can I get the above mentioned medicines at any chemist.

You can take the medicine along with the your BP medicine. Their is no harm taking medicine along with, but keep a gap of 20 to 30 minute between two medicine.

You can get the above prescribed medicine in any homeopathic parmacy counter. You may also place your order through online. While purchasing the medicine take only "made in german" medicine.
