Question : Hi
I am suffering from vit d deficienciy.Before 45 days it was 10.8. Now it has come down to 6.6. I am undergoing homeopathy medication. When it was 10.8 , my Dr prescribed to take homeocal and pustilla cardus arnica Q. Now along with that he has prescribed sbl's liv t tonic.

I appreciate your interest in homeopathy.
First of all i would suggest you to start following medication.
Calcarea phos 200 4 pills twice in a day
Calcarea carb 1M one dose once in day
You can take liver tonic. Also spend some time in sun and take sunbath.
Advice milk yughurt chees and egg yolk sac etc.
