This is a diet plan request for a vegetarian. I am in my 3rd month of pregnancy.

You can in general take as much food as you want keeping good care of hygiene and nutrition. You can take it frequently every 2-3 hrs.
Take a lot of water and milk, dry fruits especially walnuts and almonds and a lot fresh salad and fruits especially apple and pomegranate.
Avoid excess of fried stuff and very sweet things especially candies and mithai.
Wish you a healthy pregnancy ahead.
