Brief Answer:
Low calorie diet and regular exercises.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

Welcome to health care magic,

I have read your question.

Your BMI (26.6) which is slightly high (overweight but not obese) according to your height (168 cm) and weight (75 kg) given by you.

So,there is no need to bother much but yes,if you want to reduce some weight by 7 or 8 kg,then diet and regular exercises would be the best.

To lose extra weight, you will need to expend more calories through regular exercises and at the same time eat fewer calories.

When you will do it consistently, you'll end up with a daily caloric deficit and may reduce weight 2 to 4 kg every month with reduction of extra fats from the body.

For that, I will give you some tips regarding your diet and exercises which will be helpful to you.

1) Take less carbohydrates and fatty foods instead of that, take high protein diet.

2) Avoid oily sabjies and ghee on chapati or any other XXXXXXX dish.

3) Avoid outside foods and even ice-cream strictly which are high source of carbohydrates and not useful for you.

4) Take as much as water in a day as it is flushes the all system.

5) Evening snacks and late night snacks should be avoided and If you want to snack, make sure it is healthy, low fat, low calorie snack.

6) Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grain products.

7) Never skip meals as a tool to reduce weight , you will end up in overeating later which is not a useful for diet plan.

8) Start your day with a healthy breakfast. Doing so will make you feel less hungry throughout day.

Start regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging, tread mill, cycling or swimming for about 30 to 45 min which is considered as a ideal for weight loss and to loose extra fats.

You may start with 15 minutes initially and gradually add 5 to 10 minutes every day to reach 45 minutes.

You can also join some local gym nearby to your house. By this dietary tips and regular exercises, you will have daily calorie deficit and start loosing your weight by 2 or 4 kg per month.

Hope this detailed information will be helpful. Let me know if you need more help.
