We have searched in net some sites says that milk nd milk products , sugar , wheat by not eating these food items endometriosis gets reduces and its increases fertility .... should we follow this ... is it true ??????
Hello,
Ideally speaking there is no such special diet which can increase the fertility in endometriosis, however it is said that pulses and soya can help increase fertility but this is again not very sure and just a hypothesis.
It is said that pulses and soya contain some phytochemicals in it which may help patients of endometriosis.
As far as avoiding milk or sugar or wheat is concerned, there is no scientific basis behind.
Internet has lots of information but we have to see the scientific relevance and basis behind such informations.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
best of luck
Thanks
