Fatty liver is bulky fat laden liver

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.
First thing is cut on alcohol, it leads to alcoholic fatty liver.
There is another thing called Non alcoholic fatty liver disease, the causes are obesity, insulin resistance, sedentary life, excess intake of refined carbs and sugar.
Lose Weight and Avoid Overeating If your are overweight or Obese
Cut Back on Carbohydrates, Especially Refined Carbs like maida, flour, sooji, all processed food made in bulk in the shops, fast food chains.
Eating foods high in monounsaturated fatty acids like olive oil, avocados and nuts may promote liver fat loss, similarly green tea, soluble fibre should be included in diet to promote fat loss in the liver.
Physical activity can be a sure shot way to decrease liver fat.

All the best.
