Question : Hi Good morning. Ian currently using candiderma ointment and augmenting 625 for my armpit lumps. Pls suggest if candiderma is best ointment for reduction in pain and swelling of lumps

As per your description,it could be Hidranedinitis suppurativa.Augumentin 625 may he helpful.You should also use Anti inflammatory tablets.
If the lumps are more and discharging pus,the entire area has to be removed surgically.
Please consult a Surgeon and proceed further.

Dear Doctor, the pus is not discharging from the lumps. It may due to the talcum powder I am using and has happened in the past also . Kindly suggest the alternate ointment

Hidranedinitis suppurativa arises from sweat glands.
