Brief Answer:
Can start gym work out

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I would recommend you to hit the gym and work out.

Gym workout will increase your endorphin levels which will improve your stamina and energy levels. It also has effects on mood and hormones which are necessary for psychological upregulation.

You can even increase the dietary protein while gymming this will increase your muscle mass providing good shape to the body.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
