Question : premature ejaculation i been having this problem for quit same time never been to doctor,

Premature ejaculation is predominantly psychogenic in origin

Hello Sir

I can certainly understand your concern

Premature ejaculation in most cases is usually associated with performance Anxiety and is psychological in nature.

I generally prescribe a short course of medications of Dapoxiteine to my patients with such symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to you.

Likewise it's advisable to practice Master and Johnson's technique ( whose PDF format is available online) to delay the ejaculation.
