Question : Can you please suggest lotions/sunscreens for swimming and to prevent tanning ?

Hello,

You can use Suncros SPF 50 Aqua Gel sunscreen. It is water resistant and hence is good to use while swimming. Regular usage of sunscreen will prevent tanning.
