Question : Nucal translucency ultrasound is only done at 12 weeks is there any other methods available sooner?

Before 12 weeks, only fetal heart beat and well being and growth are seen. The congenital defects cannot be detected before 12 weeks. You can test for fetal cardiac activity and yolk sac at 7 weeks to ensure that the fetus is growing well.
