Brief Answer:
OTC painkillers like ibuprofen or ketoprofen can help together with massage

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am glad to hear that you are fit and healthy. As the operation was 12 months ago, I think you won't have problems during the flight except for a bit pain due to immobility for 15 hours.

You may take over-the-counter painkillers. Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours may help. Ketoprofene 100 mg can also be another good alternative as pain reliever.

You may message the shoulder before and after the trip.

Hope I helped you. Let me know if you have further queries.
