Brief Answer:
take zolofy 50mg and etizolaam

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

1. Take 50mg zoloft from now onwards.
For acute panic anxiety - etizolaam 0.5-1mg SOS and also two to three times a day will help.

it is non sedative but still avoid driving.

2. You might have sleeping problems at night as it is a fresh relpase; so zolpidem 12.5mg will help . Take it for a week or so and then stop. It is not addicting and not cause drowsiness in morning.

3. Try to keep yourself busy.

Dont worry, you should start feeling lot better after etizolaam only and will be stabilised on zoloft again.
It is a common pattern of illness to relapse when dosage is lowered.

Wish you good health. Please do ask more questions for clarification.

Brief Answer:
50mg zoloft should continue to get bettef

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can very well understand your dellima at present. You want to discontinue the medicine desperately and have been doing that for past two months...now due to symptoms you fear you will have to stick to this medicine.

Look, you dont want many things in life but still have to adjust with them....your mind currently needs the drug at some desired dosage level which is more than 25mg...its useless to fight with yourself, will harm only you and no one.

Its better that for now you go back to 50mg, feel better and when you start keeping normal- include dietary and lifestyle changes which will definitely help you later to successfully reduce the drug dosage after some time.

You can also learn relaxation exercises or enter into therapy sessions to help your stress coping better.

get TSH and vit B 12 levels and treat them if they are disturbed.

please understand that 25mg is unlikely to help you at present ; delaying increasing the dose will accelearte the symptoms and you might need more than 50mg zoloft later to get well and longer the relpase more is the risk of another episode in future. Im not trying to scare you but trying to guide you to do the right thing at the moment. You can discuss this with your treating team and proceed.

wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
need to know duration of your illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

To tell how much time you might take to get well and for how long the drug should continue I need to knwo your -

1. Duration of complete illness
2. How many relapses have you had in past and
3. What was the maximum time you kept completely well on drugs.

Secondly, the other drugs are just for a week or ten days initially and can be discontinued thereafter. They will help you in settling back fast. I donno why you say they will harm you as I have been using it from so many years and have yet to see someone having bad mood with them. However, if you have tried them beforeand had problems then just take zoloft and leave others.

I hope this is useful and informative.
Wish you a speedy recovery!
