Question: Hi doc, and thanks for your concern.

Well, Dr. Klerida Shebu has asked additional information that I have send to her. But I might have reviewed and closed the subject. However, I have now request Dr. Klerida Shebu the topic reopened and proceed her studies with the report.
XXXXXXX is now on diet, while taking grapefruit seed extract on a daily basis. He will be supplied up with a good probiotic. You suggested a few good probiotics, we are going to use. How about 'Multidophilius 24', too strong?

Any advice you can give will be much appreciated.

We will see how it goes, before making use of the suggested drug 'ciprofloxacin'.

Problem with this drug is just that, it is widespread and might perform a danger for C. Difficile. That will cost another, maybe more comprehensive treatment.

We are following a varied food program, with respect of vitamins and nutrients in the food e.g. salat, peppers, meat, fish with more, in order to help balance a normal level. Any suggestions?

However, we'll be coming back to you to rehearse the performance. ;-)

Brief Answer:
Morganella morganii infections

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
As Dr.Klerida shebu is un available. I'm answering your query.

Super Multidophilus 24 contains living micro-organisms from 24 probiotic strains and I feel that will be useful for your brother to contain M. morganii re-infection.

Balanced diet having vitamins and nutrients as you have mentioned should be continued but the diet programme at least should contain one fresh fruit ( as available locally and seasonally) daily .However you can omit or cut down pepper which does not have much nutritional value and may cause stomach irritation (gastritis) on regular consumption.
The fluoroquinolones (ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, and moxifloxacin) are the most
recent drug class to be implicated in hospital outbreaks of C. Difficile infection.Hence you better avoid Ciprofloxacin .
