Brief Answer:
Needs management.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Meniere's disease has multiple treatment options . Ibis is an antihistamine and like any other antivertigo it can help with the dizziness and vertigo symptoms. Antivert, valium, promethazine etc are some other options ofr vertigo.

Betahistine is a good diuretic and should be continued. Rehabilitation, hearing aid and meniett device are some other options to help you out. Middle ear injections of gentamicin and steroids can also be considered. endolymphatic sac procedure, vestibular nerve section and labyrinthectomy are some other options.

Talk to your otorhinolaryngologist and let them decide what is best for you. Reduce salt intake and aim for less than 2000 mg a day. use some walking aid and do precautions to avoid tripping or fall during dizziness attack.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
