Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are no FDA-approved medications that can help with overspending and overeating. What you need is psychotherapy with a trained therapist. I recommend once or twice weekly cognitive behavioral or psychodynamic psychotherapy.
