Question : Hello just been percribed with ocd. Wanting to know what is best medicine. Have severe depession and anxiety. Just want a second opionin thanks

I can understand your concerns.

In my opinion, The best and first medicine of choice for OCD comorbid with severe depression and anxiety should be one of the Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs).

Among SSRIs, I would prefer paroxetine in your case as it has some calming effect straight away. Other SSRIs can increase anxiety initially for 4-5 days.

My second choice would be fluoxetine.
