Question : So far I did not undergo any test for PCOD or for Thyroid. I am just doing Yoga and monitoring my 1 day Period issue. My periods are regular so I believe PCOD can be ruled out. It may be Thyroid. Could you please tell me thyroid specific symptoms because I am not finding any specific symptoms in me.

Your one day period may be normal in your case as you are not suffering from any other associated symptoms.
In hypothyroidism patient is having weight gain, excessive sleepiness,lethargy etc. but in some cases there is no symptoms of thyroid though there thyroid is not in normal range.
PCOD is also an endocrinal disorder and sometimes everything is normal still patient is suffering from it.
Lifestyle changes and diet changes are very helpful in your case.
