Yes it is possible to get menstrual periods with medicines. It is done in following steps:

Step 1: do urine or blood pregnancy test.

Step 2: Take medicines. We have two options for medicines:

Option 1: If no pregnancy, then 5 day norethestrone is taken and withdrawal bleeding happens after stopping it.

Option 2: If pregnancy is present then MTP kit is taken under supervision of a gynecologist.
