Question : My son is 3.7 years old and he is right suffering from stomach pain. Can you perscribe any medicine for him. He is also facing loose motion problem and not having anything to eat. Did vomit in the morning.

As per your description, the possibility of a gastrointestinal tract infection is high in your child. Medications in children are prescribed according to the bodyweight only. I generally prescribe oral medications of Lansaprazole and Ondansetron to my patients with such symptoms.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve his symptoms.
