I can suggest to take Trimethoprim- sulfamethoxazole 960 mg, 1 tablet twice/day for 3 days - if the infection its just cystitis without fever or proteins in the urine.
If the infection has been complicated with pyelonephritis then you should take Ciprofloxacine 500mg twice/day for 5 days.
We cannot prescribe medicines just recommend them. In some countries you can take these without a prescription in the local pharmacy.
Make sure you don't take these if you are allergic from them.
