Brief Answer:
Diclophenac,... mephenamic acid alternating with acetaminophen...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am sorry for the painful situation you are going through.

Advil (ibuprofen) is fine to replace hydrocodone to relieve the pain. You can alternate its use with acetaminophen.

Other substitutes include: diclophenac, mefenamic acid, etc.

Hope it was of help!
