Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy, pain killer and Chondroitin and Glucoronic acid
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
You seem to have acute attacks of Osteoarthritis.
At this time you can take any painkiller like Ibuprofen 400mg thrice a day to ease pain. Massaging with warm oil and camphor four to five times a day would definitely help.
You should also meet a physiotherapist for exercises to ease the pain. Continue these exercises for maintaining the stability of joint.
We also prescribe Chondroitin, GLucoronic acid supplements twice a day along with Omega 3 supplements for three months.
Please see your doctor for the same.
