Brief Answer:
One a day multivitamin is sufficient

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your health care concerns and questions.

You have been told you may have a vitamin deficiency as the cause of your excessive fatigue and sleepiness. Most any adult multivitamin will give enough vitamin supplementation to fulfill your requirements.

Looking in your past encounters the other providers recommended that you have your thyroid tested. This would require you to see a physician and have them run tests for hypothyroid. They should also check for anemia with a blood count and a metabolic panel to include liver and kidney tests. You probably have no abnormalities in these tests but they should be done to determine if you have a specific cause for your fatigue.

I also recommend that you get sufficient sleep. This means more than 7 hours perhaps even 9-10 hours. Studies shown that young adults require high amounts of sleep to maintain their health and to function at optimum efficiency.

In summary
1. Any OTC adult multivitamin
2. Plenty of sleep up to 10 hours
3. Get tested for hypothyroidism, anemia and metabolic panel

I hope I answered your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns and questions
