Question : My daughter 6 years old have cold and she is Asthamatic also. I use to give 0.63 Levolin nebulizer but in Dubai it is not permitted, please suggest alternate.Livolin Salt details for which i am looking for an alternate, please suggest good respule for nembulizer.

You can give nebulization with albuterol. I think it is available in Dubai. Any other bronchodilator medication can be used.

Levolin contains levosalbutamol which is the levo isomer of salbulamol. Salbutamol is also known as albuterol.

She is having acute asthma, what you would suggest give alongwith Nimbulizer, she coughing alot with vizzle noice

Monteleukast + cetririzine should be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
You can give Singulair (Monteleukast) 4 mg tablet and some antiallergic like cetirizine along with nebulizer. That should provide relief. However, monteleukast is a prescription medicine and you would need your doctor to write it down for you.
