Suggest Medication For Cold And Cough

Question: I am suffering with cold and cough and taking different medication from doctor which is attached still having cold and I'll cough.
It started with ulcers in throat and then took medicines from XXXXXXX gen doc and XXXXXXX ENT after that.
Please suggest what should I do?

Since you are not improving with routine cough and cold medicines, you should definitely get done
1. Complete blood count (CBC) and look for rise in total WBC count and eosinophil count.
2. Chest x ray to rule out lung infection.
You may need higher antibiotic if total WBC count is raised or chest x ray is suggestive of lung infection.

yes I do have regular menses which stays for 4-5 days bleeding is not very high I feel, sometimes it is high but not that much high that I feel week.
and just to add this happened first time that I am struggling with the same problem for more than 15-20 days.

actually I thot u also belong to XXXXXXX NCR there is pollution but I am staying here from last 10 years suddenly this problem with pollution is not possible.thats why I am asking what else I can do ?
