Question : I will be always suffering from clod and cough. When every i get affect from clod it wont clear soon and it will be more than 15 days and i use to take the tablets but i will get relief for a day or two. Kindly suggest/advise me how to come out from this clod.

Do you have dry or wet cough?
Do you have runny nose when you gets cold?

Usually common cold lasts for 7- 10 days.
Your symptoms suggest that you might be having allergy.
I suggest you levocetrizine once a day.
Steam inhalation twice a day whenever you gets cold.
Nasal saline drops. Instill 2 drops in each nostril 4-5 times a day.
