Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for asking on this platform

I can understand your concern.
I would like to know if cough is more while feeding, in lying down position or if there is any associated breathing difficulty.
Cough can be due to allergy, infection or due to reflux of feeds.
As there is no fever chance of infection is less.
Other possibility left are reflux of feeds or allergy.
I would like to continue same medicine. Atarax contains antiallergic fexofenadine. Astha kind contains salbutamol a bronchodilator which helps in relieving airway spasm. Rantac decreases acid reflux and take care of reflux if there is any.
Most of the time it takes 5-7 days for cough to improve.Burp properly after feed and keep baby's head end up while lying down.
Just watch for any breathing difficulty and if you notice any please contact your pediatrician immediately.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards
