Suggest Medication For Depression

Question: My daughter 20 years old has a history of depression and a family history of Schizophrenia. She is experiencing extreme panic attacks now. What can I do? She works downtown and I am afraid that she will get scared and hurt herself (run into the street). Is there medication that will help immediately?

I can understand your concerns..
For extreme panic attacks, alprazolam(prescription drug) tablet will help her immediately.
But this can causes drowsiness. So take care that she does not for some hours taking the drug.
