Suggest Medication For Depression

Depression might cause similar symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, thanks for asking from HCM for your health related doubts
I can understand your concern. You have persistent tiredness and wobbly legs and are on treatment of depression. In some individuals with depression somatic symptoms in form of wobbly legs or tiredness are seen commonly. So the symptoms you are having could be occurring due to persistent symptoms of depression. But other medical causes should be ruled out before labelling depression as cause.
-Vitamin deficiencies especially Vitamin B12 deficiency is also a cause of such symptoms. Please get your B12 levels checked to rule out the condition.
-Iron deficiency anaemia can cause such symptoms but these are more commonly seen in females. Still you should get haemoglobin levels checked and if these come in lower range then go for appropriate tests for iron deficiency.
-Hypothyroidism might also cause similar symptoms. Get your thyroid hormone levels checked to rule out the condition.
If all these conditions come normal then no need to worry, discuss with your psychiatrist for proper management. Sertraline is a good drug for depressive symptoms but the dose should be increased. 50 mg doses for a male are not totally sufficient in my opinion. Along with this start taking Vitamin B12 supplements which will supplement the actions of the drug.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts.
Take care
