Brief Answer:
Here are a few things you can provide

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The first thing is to establish the cause for the diarrhoea, and if at all he has other symptoms as well like fever, vomiting, and diarrhoea; then we should suspect an infection/food poisoning which will require antibiotic coverage.

But for now I would recommend the following:

+Probiotics (either natural which are available at grocery stores or the readymade drink available also at grocery stores and medical stores)
+Make sure he drinks plenty of water to avoid dehydration which is our main enemy at this point
+Try purchasing an ORS (oral rehydration solution) from the grocery stores of medical stores and give him at least 1 litre each day
+Give him 1 tablet of loperamide (e.g. imodium brand name) which should be available over-the-counter in the medical store; this will help reduce or completely stop the diarrhoea
+Antibiotics may be required sir/ma'am, but you will not be able to get them over-the-counter so you may have to visit a doctor for that (if the need arises)
+Also keep the child on a bland liquid diet

I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
