Brief Answer:
You will need medicines for cholesterol and vit d

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I have seen the reports.

You have high triglyceride levels. For this you will need lipid lowering therapy. But the latest recommendations suggest that firstly lifestyle measures should be tried before starting therapy. If the lipids are not lowered with lifestyle then medicines will be needed. The lifestyle measures include:

Diet : exclude the fatty high calorie foods like cheese, butter, ghee, sweets, etc. Take more of fruits and salad with each meal. Take hygienic food and clean water.
Exercise: daily for atleast 30 min a day. Exercise can include walk, yoga, gym, swimming, cycling, etc.

These measures are to be taken for atleast next 3 months and then get lipid profile done again. After that medicines may be started if lifestyle fails to lower lipids.

Your vit D is low. You can take vit D supplements like tab kecal weekly for one month and then biweekly and recheck in 3 months.

Metamyelocyte is an isolated finding. Your vit B12 levels are normal, hemoglobin is normal, complete blood count is normal. It does not fit into any clinical scenario. So I will watch and check again in 1 year.

Hope it helps.
