Brief Answer:
Diet and exercise will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Diet and exercise will be helpful to a great extent. Fatty liver itself is a risk for enlarged prostate to some extent. Avoid red meat, fried and fatty foods. Foods containing margarine or trans fat should be avoided. Alcohol should be avoided completely. If you consume alcohol regularly then your fatty liver could be due to that and abstinence from alcohol can bring it down to some extent too.

Taking proper minerals and vitamins will help. Taking food with zinc content like sesame seeds , oyster, pumpkin seeds , almonds etc is good to get enough zinc.. Taking omega 3 fatty acid supplements or fatty fish like mackeral or sardines is good for both prostate and liver. Walnuts , flax seeds, canola oil and kidney beans is also good source for omega 3. Soy beans, low fat soy milk is also good for prostate.

Taking vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruits , tomatoes , Capsicum is good for fatty liver as well as enlarged prostate. Taking vitamin E supplements is also good. You can take 200-400 IU of vitamin E as supplements on alternate days.

Take more plain water. Drinking purified water is good for liver. Avoid high calorie food at night time. Have proper exercise daily like brisk walking or jogging or playing sports. Avoid sitting for long periods.

Try to get 7 to 8 hours sleep daily. Have stress relaxation by doing deep breathing exercises. You can sit relaxed and take deep breaths. This you can repeat a couple of times daily.

These measures will be helpful to reverse your enlarged liver and prostate. Check Serum PSA levels in regular intervals to know if the prostate enlargement is static. A consultation with gastroenterologist is well appreciated before taking any drugs. Hepatoprotectors can be taken. Various ones are available now like silymarin.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Lemon is good to reduce uric acid levels.

Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

Purine rich foods should be avoided in case of high uric acid. Avoid red meat. Fishes also should be avoided till your uric acid normalizes. You can take low fat milk and low fat yogurt. You can also take coffee in moderation.
Lemon is good to reduce uric acid levels. You can also take vitamin C supplements. Tart cherries is a good natural remedy for decreasing uric acid in blood.
If still no improvement then you can consult your doctor for uricosuric drugs.
