get yourself clinically examined and investigated.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, I would advise that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor before taking any medicines.
Nicip plus contains Nimuleside and paracetamol and should be avoided unless medically advised as Nimuleside is not a medically safe drug.
You should rather take paracetamol 500mg 6-8 hourly. An antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg will help in controlling nausea / vomiting.
Investigations like Complete Blood Count ( CBC ) and Urine examination along with a clinical evaluation will help in planning further medical management.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help. Regards. Thanks.
