Question: Have a piercing in frenum. Last night i saw that there was a. Reak in top of piercing. Could be from stretching. I soaked in hot salt water and applied antibiotic ointment. What else cani do?

You have soaked it in hot salt water and applied antibiotic ointment. Wants to what further to do.
If there is reek meaning foul smell, you have to take oral antibiotics and clean the area with liquid povidone iodine 2 to 4 times a day.
If there is break, topical antibiotic ointment will be sufficient.

It appears that it is a break. I noticed this because there was a small smear of blood on my underwear. First cleaned with alcohol, then soaked in warm sea salt solution, then applied neosporin and covered with a bandaid. Will redial again later and reapply ointment. What kind of oralsnti
