- mild steroid with salicylic acid lotion application on the scalp at night
- shampoo the scalp with shampoo containing ketoconazole like nizral shampoo daily
- take antifun tablets like ketoconazole daily till the good result
- avoid stress

Hi,

As I said you have SD. You may have hair fall along with dandruff. No shampoo causes hair fall. Your hair fall may be due to dandruff. Selsun is a mild shampoo which contains clotrimazole.

You should use ketocozole like nizral shampoo. Or combined shampoo of ketoconazole with salicylic acid like Salicia KT shampoo which is more strong.

Dilute 5 - 10 ml shampoo in a glass containing 15 ml water. Then apply liq on scalp and gradually rinse. Keep it for 10 min. Then wash the scalp with plain water.

Do shampoo daily. Then you might get good result. And do not forget to take tablets and application of lotion as previously suggested.
