Question: headache, sneezing, noseblock seem to be heading for a cold.

I would like to know few more details
Since when are you having these symptoms?
Do you have fever,throat pain?

According your history it seems like Upper respiratory tract infection.
For Cold and sneezing I would start Anti histamines like Cetrizine 10 mg once a day.
Nasal decongestant like Nasoclear nasal saline drops. Instill 2 drops in each nostril 5-6 times a day.
For headache :Paracetamol(Dolo 650) after food and you can repeat the dose when you gets pain or fever.
Steam inhalation for 15 minutes 3 times a day.It will effectively relief your nasal block.
Avoid Exposure to cold whether like AC and avoid eating cold items.
Drink warm water.
