Question : Can you suggest me creams or powders for faster healing of wounds.
Also what should i use to dress the wound so that it doesnt stick to wound.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. I think betadine ointment ( povidine iodine ointment) will be helpful in early healing by preventing wound infection. To prevent sticking of dressing to you can use jelonet( paraffin gauge) dressing. You can discuss with your doctor about it.
