Brief Answer:
Please give additional information.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Please give some additional information so that I can assist you better:
Since when have you got this problem?
Is there any bleeding?
Any pain during or after passing motion?
Is stool normal or loose or hard, color, smell, any stickiness that is mucus?
How much time does it take to pass complete motion?
Do you have feeling of incomplete evacuation?

Please give answers to all questions.
I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon first to have clinical evaluation, per-rectal finger examination and proctoscopy so that the local problem can be assessed.
Go for the tests of stool, blood and urine as will be advised, ultrasonography and Colonoscopy may be needed as also a second opinion of a Gastroenterologist if required.
