Question : i qm havinghigh bp and pulse rate iam taking XXXXXXX sarteh80and tab cilacar 10 bd and zolfresh 10 stillthereis high bp and pulserate can pl give me the reply

Thanks for contacting me back again. It seems that you are taking telmisartan 80mg along with cilacar (Cilnidipine) 10 mg. Both of these are medicines for lowering blood pressure. If the blood pressure still does not come down another medicine might need to be added. Metoprolol, a beta blocker, can be added especially because it also loers the pulse rate. Discuss with your doctor if that is suitable for you.

Continue to take zolfresh 10 mg.
