From your other question, I understand that you have PCOD. What is your BMI? If it is more than 25kg/M2 then reduce your weight first. It helps in conception.
To make your follicles grow, you need to take medicines like clomiphene citrate or injections like Menogon. But these medicines need to be taken under doctor's guidance along with follicle study.
